Great location, poor management, pricey

The location of this property is amazing. But, it was not a hassle free place for us to stay in. We saw two cockroaches inside the unit.We did not have AC for more than a day because the AC remote was missing. And, the unit gets hot without an AC.The technology for opening the door not always worked for us. I once had to wake up my family member who was inside to come and open the door for us.The property management company has been responsive. But, sometimes it takes time for them to respond. After all the issues we had, and spending hours on negotiation, the property management company offered me to refund us for less than 10% of the total price, which I still don’t see in our account.Too expensive for what you get.

Nice enough but very expensive for what you get

Flat is well located on a quiet street in a lovely neighborhood; it had plenty of space, was comfortable, and suited us well. Getting my cousin added to the reservation involved two hours on the phone back and forth with the management company which was extremely frustrating, however; the digital lock didn't always work consistently, the bathroom has some mold, and we found a couple of cockroaches, etc. Overall it was fine, and worked well mostly because of the location, but it's very expensive for what it is. Because our other place had had to cancel at the last minute we didn't have a lot of choice, however.

Excellent property near by Metro station, local grocery stores and local dining and shopping options. Very near park guell, very centric area. The apartment is super big and has Everything you would need for your stay inside. Perfect for family trips to get to know the city.
