The bedroom is artfully decorated, with plenty of storage space. It features a queen size bed in the center of the room that is bathed in light from the small balcony connected to the space. The stylish bathroom is complete with chic modern fittings and a walk-in shower.

The open plan living, dining, and kitchen area is a mark above the rest. The space comfortably seats four at the table and more on the couch for enjoying the full entertainment system. Offering a stylish workstation in the living area, this home is all about beauty and utility.

The fully equipped kitchen, with all cooking appliances and utensils, benefits from the outdoor terrace, which offers an oasis with plants and a chill eating space. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to this issue.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

*This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
