Incredible experience from the moment I entered to check out! The hotel and my room were better than I expected. Clean, spacious and the service was top notch! Most importantly, the area is central to many attractions and nearby shops. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again!

The hotel was clean and really well located. An easy walk to placa catalunya. Some nice tapas bars nearby and a really diverse area. It was so lovely being really close to the metro. I think what really made the stay wonderful was the lovely friendly staff they were so helpful. The pool was a great addition too and a welcome do at the end of the day.

We had booked three rooms for this holiday and I really appreciated the upgraded room with no extra cost, the service overall was excellent. However in the upgraded room there was quite a lot of noise coming from the outside as the room was opposite a park and just the floor above the outdoor lounge, there were people talking and shouting for a long time into the night and were still chatty by 1am–3am. We were very happy with Alessio’s service and enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
