Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Inspired by the grassland, this 2 bedroom unique property marries geometric patterns with varnished wood decor. This marvelous home rests in the heart of Barcelona, in the Esquerra de l’Eixample neighborhood. This area satisfies foodies and fun-lovers with an array of tapas bars and upscale cocktail bars. After a day of exploring, come home to Senes to experience unique design.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms, both are spacious and fully furnished. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and hanging wooden decor. The second bedroom has a single bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is stylishly decorated, with modern fittings and chicly tiled walls. With bathroom envy in the highest sense of the term, Senes includes a grandiose porcelain tub.

Light streams into the living room from the balcony. The exposed brick ceilings, plants, and wooden touches add charm to the space. In the warmer months, guests are invited to enjoy a meal outside on the balcony, or at the table top inside with the perfect temperature thanks to the air conditioning throughout the apartment. Besides the table, there is a dedicated workstation to ensure you don’t miss a beat. The small but equipped kitchen shares the space with the living room and contains all cooking appliances and utensils. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

*This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
