Central apartment and very well located in the Eixample area. The apartment has a double bedroom with a large closet and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is basic but is fully equipped with fridge, electric oven, microwave, all amenities and mocha. There is also a washing machine. The bathroom is with shower and we offer a hair dryer such as towels and sheets. The building is from the early nineteenth century, modernist era, access to a communal terrace of 980 square feet to enjoy the Mediterranean sun and relax. Getting to the main attractions is very easy on foot, Plaça Catalunya is only 15 minutes away on foot, such as Plaça Espanya with the Montjuic area, Mnac Museum, Joan Miró Museum, etc. or Passeig de Gràcia, also a 15-minute walk away, where you can find the famous Gaudí building such as La Pedrera or Casa Batlló, other modernist buildings and many shops, bars and restaurants. By public transport it will be easy to reach the Sagrada Familia, the beautiful cathedral built for Gaudí, also by the bathtub that goes down in Lesseps, to reach the famous Guell Park or the district of Gracia, a fashionable area with many independent designer stores.
