Minori offers easy access to beautiful beaches, charming cafes, and a plethora of cultural attractions right outside the front door. This delightful 55 square meters apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm, ensuring a memorable stay during your time in Barcelona.

Minori features two cozy bedrooms, both elegantly furnished with queen size beds. One of the bedrooms boasts a dedicated workstation, providing a quiet and inspiring space for any work or study needs. The beach design theme adds a touch of seaside allure to the bedrooms, creating a tranquil atmosphere for restful nights. The apartment includes one modern bathroom, equipped with all the necessary amenities for your convenience.

The heart of Minori is the open plan living room, where you can relax and unwind in the comfortable sitting area while enjoying your favorite entertainment on the entertainment system. The adjacent dining table invites you to savor delicious meals and create lasting memories with your loved ones. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, making it easy for you to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay.

One of the highlights of this apartment is the shared rooftop with a pool. Here, you can bask in the Barcelona sunshine, take a refreshing dip, or simply enjoy the panoramic views of the city. For your comfort, Minori comes with air conditioning and radial heating, ensuring a pleasant indoor atmosphere no matter the season. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

*This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
