Loja - 2 bedrooms in Sant Antoni

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Inspired by the grassland, this 2 bedroom unique property marries geometric patterns with exposed wood and the greens of plants. Loja sits in the hip Sant Antoni neighborhood. This area has no shortage of trendy restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Sit at a terrace and take in the greenery and people only streets before coming back to Loja to experience unique design.

As well as 2 bedrooms, all of which are fully furnished, Loja also boasts 2 bathrooms, which have been elegantly decorated. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and beautifully tiled floors. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and woven grass wall hangings. The detached bathroom is chic and functional in design with a walk in shower and classic Catalan tiled floors.

Light streams into the open plan living room and kitchen space from the large windows, which can be opened to let the air circulate, or if it’s too hot outside, Loja has air conditioning available in all rooms. Next to the windows is a dedicated workstation, boasting both style and function. The couch combined with the large rustic dining table make the space perfect for hosting. As with all our apartments, Loja's kitchen is fully equipped. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

*This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
