I messaged them beforehand to ask if they could help me provide some small gift for us upon arrival as the trip was a surprise trip for my partner and they gave us a room upgrade. Very pleased and thankful. My partner has also been greeted with a Happy birthday which was nice. The hotel itself was nice, the rooms maybe need a little tlc especially the breakfast, location is not bad from centre of Barcelona and a big plus by the beach! Overall enjoyed our stay 😊
