This 66 square meter apartment is perfect for families or groups of friends, as it features two spacious double bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds and a cozy single bedroom with a twin size bed. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and a French balcony, offering stunning views of the surrounding neighborhood. There is also a second detached bathroom for your convenience.

The open-plan living room and kitchen is perfect for spending time together, whether you're cooking a delicious meal or relaxing on the comfortable sofa. The doors that lead out to a French balcony allow natural light to flood the space, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. There is also a dedicated workstation in the living room, providing the perfect space for those who need to work during their stay. The textured stone walls create a mountain feel to the space and add to the theme of the apartment.

The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. And with a stylish and artful mountain theme throughout the entire apartment, you'll feel like you're in your very own mountain retreat.

Located in the heart of L'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample, you'll be just steps away from some of Barcelona's best restaurants, shops, and attractions. And with easy access to public transportation, it's easy to explore all that this amazing city has to offer.

The whole apartment has air conditioning available for your comfort. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

*This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
