This VRBO is in a great safe location. However the listing is very misleading. It is not two beds. However it is a bed and a couch. The couch does not roll into a day bed. Additionally, minimal towels are provided along with toilet paper, paper towels, and other necessities. We also checked in well after check in time and had to make our own beds because the sheets were soaking wet upon arrival.Also, the two fans in the bedroom did not work. They were both broken. I get it’s Europe and there isn’t AC everywhere, but it’s too hot to not have a working fan this time of year. Last and definitely the most important is the host will not text you on the VRBO app. He messages separately via WhatsApp. I wouldn’t mind this except he asked us to pay an additional 100 fee upon arriving at the flat. This is not only unprofessional but made us feel unsafe. If we had refused to pay, would he have still let us check in? Who’s to say… but he only accepted cash.
