This vibrant and upscale neighborhood provides the perfect backdrop for experiencing Gaudí’s gorgeous architecture and the fresh tastes of Catalan cuisine. After a day of exploring, come home to Castellar to experience its grassland design theme and well-appointed amenities.

Spanning 80 square meters, Castellar features a thoughtfully designed layout that maximizes both space and functionality. The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep, while the second bedroom provides a cozy single bed, perfect for a guest or a family member. Additionally, there's an office space with a dedicated workstation and extra storage space, offering the ideal environment for work or study. The apartment also offers 1.5 bathrooms, with one featuring a relaxing bathtub for you to unwind and indulge in a soothing spa-like ambiance.

The living room is a welcoming space that exudes warmth and elegance. The earthy tones and the exposed wood furniture pieces give the space a taste of the tranquil feeling of the grassland. With a comfortable sitting area and a full entertainment system, it provides the perfect setting to relax and enjoy your favorite shows or movies. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.


This apartment have three splits of air conditioning for your maximum comfort.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

*This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
