Canneti features three bedrooms, including two with queen-size beds that ensure a restful night's sleep. One of these bedrooms boasts an ensuite bathroom and a dedicated workstation, ideal for guests who work remotely or need to stay connected. An additional single bedroom creates a comfortable and convenient accommodation experience for all guests. The second detached bathroom is chic and functional in design.

The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living room and kitchen, providing a welcoming and functional space. The living room contains an entertainment system and is carefully curated with a beach design theme, featuring woven light fixtures and light wood furniture. The adjacent dining area offers a perfect setting for enjoying meals. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and essentials, making it easy to whip up delicious meals.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

*This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
