Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Atalaya combines rustic materials with modern finishing to create a stupendous grassland design in this 2 bedroom 58 square meters unique property. Resting in the heart of Esquerra de Eixample, Atalaya encapsulates Barcelona. Stroll down the many promenades speckling the neighborhood or try some of the local flavors. Drawing on traditional charm while staying captivatingly contemporary, Atalaya is the place to come home to.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unique property blends traditional with modern, typical Catalan decor. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of light from the door that opens to a small French balcony. The second bedroom has a single bed and abstract wall art to tie the space together. The bathroom is chic and functional in design. For all remote working needs, there is a dedicated workstation in an office, providing both beauty and utility.

The open plan living room and kitchen keep the grassland theme alive through its plants, wooden furniture pieces, and woven grass designs. There is a full entertainment system in the living room and red tiles scatter across the wall. The dining table for three provides the perfect place for enjoying a home cooked meal. The kitchen is fully kitted out and decorated stylishly. In the warmer months, Atalaya has air conditioning throughout the apartment for maximum comfort. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.


This apartment comes equipped with ducted air system for absolute comfort.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

*This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.
