We selected this hotel due to its location and for that it gets 5/5 rating. The rooms were clean and well maintained and felt modern but were missing bare and standard hotel necessities such as an electric kettle, tea/coffee, iron and ironing board. We had to request those things individually as needed but there is also no room service so one much pickup the desired items from their front desk. Breakfast looked good but we decided not to eat there. Gym was very dark and needed some dumbbells or resistance machines for more exercise options. Front desk staff were polite and professional. We loved the location and how many things were within walking distance. Their parking garage and rates were also good. Their pictures online make the rooms look way bigger than they actually are but I understand that a city center hotel can be on the smaller and tighter side.

The room was clean and acceptable not spotless. Staff were superb and for the most part the hotel is somewhere I would stay again. Three factors that could be improved. I would like a kettle and fascilities to make coffee in my room. A fridge would have been great, Although a machine was avilablke f9r coofee in he reception this is not ideal. The hotel could bebnefit form a bar in the recpetion area serving those who wish to meet here beofre going out etc. Coffee and beverages in this area would be fantastic.

We were only there for 1 night before our cruise. Our first room, the lights wouldn't work. But he was quick to give us another room. Beds were decent, pillows not so much. Upstairs room, heard lots of banging doors, etc. So not soundproof.

Great family room - two seperate rooms with a private shared hallway. Loved the level 11 pool area to watch NYE fireworks, great central location, restaurants, cafes etc with easy access to metro lines and walk many other places. One thing others have noted that the location has a bit of an edge, my wife felt a little bit unsafe a couple of times in the area, but to be clear there were no actual issues.
