Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Algaba is a gorgeous apartment in Barcelona’s iconic Eixample district. Found in Eixample Esquerra, a short walk from Plaça Universitat, the area is famous for trendy bars, restaurants, and theaters. After a day out in the center of Barcelona, Algaba is the perfect home to come back to.

This apartment is the ideal mix of form and function. The kitchen, living and dining rooms are in one, beautiful open space, bathed in sunlight from the full-length windows. The artful design is simplistic and rustic, using tilework and soft tones to create a relaxing environment. The cute kitchen is stylish, and fully equipped with utensils, as well as appliances.

The calming decor continues into the bedrooms. Algaba features one double room, and one single, both of which are beautifully furnished, and benefit from natural light. There is also a separate study, for extra space, or peace and quiet, whenever needed.

The bathroom is stylishly designed with stone tiles, and is fully equipped, with a fantastic walk-in shower. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

*This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
