The space

Discover this bright apartment located on the sixth and top floor of the building, right on Avinguda Paral·lel, a central and very well-connected location to enjoy Barcelona with total comfort.



The flat, measuring 60 m² and accommodating up to 4 people, features two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms with shower, making it an ideal option for couples, families, or small groups seeking space and privacy.



The kitchen is fully equipped, designed for short or medium stays. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms, guaranteeing comfort throughout the year. Thanks to its height and location on the top floor, the flat is especially bright and quiet.



It has a gallery overlooking a spacious inner courtyard, a typical Barcelona space that provides natural light and a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city.



The building has an old lift, characteristic of the traditional properties in the city, which at times may generate some noise.

Important notice: From 12 to 30 January 2026, works will be carried out in the entrance hall of the building. The works may generate noise or occasional disturbances during the day. Access to the floor will remain possible at all times.



Currently the building next door is carrying out some works, so during the day it is possible that some noise might be heard.



Please take note of the following important information before booking:



Towels, bed sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival; however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.



Baby cot:

Price: £30.00 per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.



-Additional guest:

Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 per night.



-Late arrival:



Our check-in time is from 15:00 hours. at 19h, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR and from 1h onwards 100 euros



If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00 it will be 50 EUR and from 1:00 am 100 euros



If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros



The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied (€6.25/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).



Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and the patio.



NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine)
