- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this time, we will charge €30 in cash, after 10 p.m. it will be €50, and after 1 a.m. it will be €100
- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00 it will be 50 euros and from 1:00 am it will be 100 euros.
- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00. 100 euros and after 1 am 150 euros
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied (€6.25/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED on the premises under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
