Beautiful recently renovated 2-bedroom apartment with capacity for 6 people. The apartment is located in the city centre and you can find everything you need just around the corner, supermarket, transport, bars and restaurants and shops.

In addition, the apartment comes fully furnished to make your stay an experience



The building is located in a charming pedestrian green area. Very close by you will find all services such as a pharmacy, a supermarket, a butcher's shop, a greengrocer's and excellent tapas bars. The nearest metro station (Poble Sec - L3) is less than 5 minutes away and you can directly reach the most visited areas of Barcelona with the numerous metros and buses.



The building is located in a charming pedestrian green area. Nearby you will find all services such as a pharmacy, a supermarket, a butcher shop, a greengrocer and excellent tapas bars. The Poble Sec metro stop (l3) is less than 5 minutes walk, and you can also directly reach Plaza España, with its numerous metro connections, in less than 10 minutes. The property is very bright and consists of a large space composed of a fully equipped American kitchen, living room and dining room with access to a small terrace of 4m2.



From the kitchen there is an interior balcony dedicated to the laundry area with washing machine and dryer, and cleaning with vacuum cleaner, broom, ladder, etc. The first bedroom facing the interior courtyard has a large wardrobe and a sofa bed of 140x200 and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has the same bed with integrated storage, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a large shower with a "double outlet" column, this bathroom has several storage spaces. Recently renovated in December 2013.

Please note that air conditioning is only in the living room.

Price: 30.00 GBP per booking. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it



-Extra guest:

Each additional guest not included in the reservation will have a charge of 10 € per night.



- Late arrival:



- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM. at 7 PM, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 10 PM it will be 50 EUR and from 1 AM 100 euros



- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be 50 EUR and from 1 am 100 euros



- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros



- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (6.25€/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).



- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balcony.



- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine)



The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.

Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
