The space

Welcome to this charming and comfortable apartment located in the
vibrant neighborhood of Sant Antoni, one of Barcelona’s most authentic
and lively areas.

The apartment is perfect for up to 4 guests and features two bedrooms:
one double bedroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed, ideal for
families or friends traveling together. There is a modern bathroom with
a shower.

The bright living room is equipped with air conditioning, creating a
pleasant space to relax after a day exploring the city. The double
bedroom also has air conditioning for extra comfort. The apartment has
centralized heating, making it cozy during the cooler months.

The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated with the living area and is
well-equipped for preparing meals at home.

Thanks to its excellent location in Sant Antoni, you will be surrounded
by local restaurants, cafés, markets, and great public transport
connections, allowing you to easily explore all that Barcelona has to
offer.

Other things to note

IMPORTANT - Please note the following information before booking:

• Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival.
However, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

• Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

• Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed,
guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will
provide it.

• Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us
if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 12am it will be 80
euros.

• If the arrival day is, 12/25, 12/26, and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros

• A mandatory tourist tax of €6,25 per person per night applies for
guests over 16, for up to 7 nights.

• Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

• Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
facilities of our flats.

Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the
safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit
boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and
secured.

The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the
guest.
