This charming apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Villa de
Gràcia between the Joanic and Fontana stations. It has 50m2 and a
capacity for 3 people.

Among its spaces, we find a fully equipped gas kitchen with a table and
chairs, fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen
utensils.

The space

This lovely apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Villa de
Gràcia, between Joanic and Fontana stations. It has an area of 50 m²
and can accommodate 3 people. Among its spaces we find a fully equipped
gas kitchen with table and chairs, fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher,
coffee machine and kitchen utensils. It has 2 double bedrooms, a
separate dressing room, a living room with access to the balcony and a
bathroom with shower. Elevator.

Please note that the popular festivals of Gracia are celebrated from
August 15 to August 21 and there may be noise

The AC is in the main room and the living room.

- Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival,
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

-Baby crib:

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. It is not guaranteed, guests must
request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Extra guest:

Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be
charged €10 per night.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask
us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge
€30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50.

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR.

- If the arrival day is 12/25, 12/26 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 60 euros.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will apply.
(€6,25/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or
having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate
eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene,
you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
