A large, well-equipped kitchen is also situated on this floor, fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a gas stove, 2 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a grill, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and a second exit to the terrace. A shower room with bidet and WC completes this floor.
