An open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this floor and is fully equipped for your culinary needs. Also on the ground floor, the first of the 2 bedrooms is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private bathroom featuring a shower, bidet, and WC. A separate WC is also available on this level for added convenience. The upper floor, accessed via a spiral staircase, houses the second bedroom, which mirrors the configuration of the first with 1 double bed of the same dimensions, 2 x 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length, along with its own private bathroom also equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC.
