Super Ferienhaus

Wir waren Anfang Juli 2026 hier und voll begeistert. Die 4 Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage und 4 Bäder bieten viel Komfort für 8 Personen, plus Platz im großen Wohnbereich. Die Ausstattung ist top (vollwertige Küche, Waschmaschine, Zweitkühlschrank). Besonders für Hundebesitzer ideal, da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Der Garten ist gepflegt, der Pool super zum Abkühlen und die Vermieterin sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sicher wieder

Wir waren Ende August für 11 Nächte mit 4 Erwachsenen, 5 Kindern, einem Baby und 2 Hunden in Baretuni und das Haus ist sehr schön und entspricht genau den Bildern (nur keine Schaukel mehr). Die Eigentümerin L. stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, hat sehr schnell geantwortet und war sehr nett. Das Haus ist für alle Personen mehr als ausreichend ausgestattet, der Kühl/Gefrierschrank ist sehr groß, es gibt einen großen Neben/Lagerraum. Sehr ruhig gelegen, leider Pool nicht beheizt. 10 Sterne

Alles was man braucht...

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und reagieren sofort auf Rückfragen. Der Pool ist gut für Kinder geeignet und das abgegrenzte Grundstück war super für die Hunde.

Tolles Haus mit Pool

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment wohlgefühlt, das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, es gab einen extra großen Getränkekühlschrank und einen Großen Kühl/Gefrierschrank. Ein Babyhochstuhl und 2 Babybetten. Die 4 Schlafzimmer sind schön eingerichtet und die 4 Badezimmer passend dazu. Das Grundstück und der Pool waren unser Highlight, wir haben jede Mahlzeit auf der Terrasse genossen und den Pool gerne genutzt. Die Gastgeber bekommen eine 1+, Danke L., auch für die selbstgemachten Cremes.

Ruhe und Freundlichkeit allesA

Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet ein Taum. Alles liebevoll und sehr sauber. Der Garten toll und Liegen und Stühle sowie Geschirr gibt es zahlreich, selten so ausgestattet erlebt ! Die Vermieterin ist super ! Die Lage ruhig, aber das wollten wir so ! (20 min. nach Labin , 20-25 min nach Pula, an den Strand Rabac oder Ravni auch ca 20 min) Die Mauer um das Grundstück ist perfekt auch für 4 Beiner, denoch fühlt man sich nicht eingesperrt. Alles in allem volle Punktzahl

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir waren zu zehnt mit Freunden in der Wohnung. Die Vermieterin hat sich einige Stunden vor der Ankunft bei nochmals gemeldet wir wir das mit der Schlüsselübergabe regeln. Da wir aber Verkehrstechnisch viel Verspätung hatten legte sie den Schlüssel ab und kam zum Kaution abholen am nächsten Tag. Sie meldete sich unter der Woche auch nochmals wegen Müll und der Poolfeinigung. Alle Räume hatten eine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Das WLAN ist für 10 Personen akzeptabel. Gerne wieder!
