The Hilton Barbados is middle of the road. If you are looking for luxury don’t stay here. If you are looking for budget friendly accommodations and convenience stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food is food but pricey. I would suggest eating off the property plenty of food options down the road. It’s my second stay would stay again. They definitely need to do renovations

Check in was very late, room not ready, would go out early in the day and come back at 6:00 room still wasn’t clean. Called front desk to tell him as there was a strong smell of marijuana and he didn’t do anything about it. Had a migraine from the smell. Toilet was clogged and we called for help. No one came. The next day we found the maintenance man on our own and he said no one had told him. No one seemed very helpful or concerned.

Sophia was incredibly patient and helpful-above and beyond, even. Front desk staff were friendly, helpful, responsive, and attentive. My partner was on crutches and slipped in the lobby right after check-in, which was unfortunate, and the team did double-duty to ensure that there were wet floor signs in place as needed. I would recommend this property to anyone - and can't wait to return myself!
