The hotel shows signs of wear and tear everywhere. Lunch at beach took two hours. The staff was great but they need more pool restaurant staff. Not enough pool and beach lounge chairs. People allowed to throw a towel on a lounge chair and walk away for hours. Rooms were nice, just need updating. All in all a nice resort but not 5 star.

Lovely private uncrowded beach. Even in highseason Feb we could always get 3 seats on the beach. Lovely ,white sandy beach. Helpful friendly staff. Good location, close to Bridgetown for restaurants... but in the evening a taxi is really needed about $13 US . Rooms may needvrefurbishing soon, but cleanliness excellent.tracey ann did a great job ! . Reach way. or by the pool. Excellent breakfast, cafeneck

The front desk and some staff could be friendlier. Something can be given to the guest as a welcome when they first check in. I have travelled to many islands, and I have always been offered a bottle of water, a drink, or something to make you feel welcomed.

The grounds were beautiful with very colorful plants and flowers. The staff were welcoming. The view from our balcony was awesome! Our room was clean. When we checked in, our safe needed a battery and someone came up immediately to fix it. The hotel was in a great location. I would definitely stay here again.

We booked a room with a view of the ocean. Ver expensive. We were put in a room with a solid wall that we could not see out of. They would not move us. Wrote to Management after we returned and they offered us credit to use. Our celebration of our anniversary was ruined. Thought we could lie in bed and see the beautiful ocean.

The property was very clean and well . The each was very nice. Our one criticism was that the service at the hotel restaurant we dined at was extremely slow. We ate off premises for the next evening.
