Just a few minutes (350 m) from the apartment is one of the island’s historic bakeries: Panificio Boccia di Montevergine (you absolutely must try their extraordinary recipe for cafone bread, called “Panello”). The Sanctuary of the Madonna di Montevergine, known to locals as “Schiappone” and dating back to 1665, is also within walking distance.
The property is about 600 meters from the bus stop that takes you to Maronti Beach (the largest and most famous on the island).
