Perfect place to sleep for the night. If you're gonna be out doing stuff and just need a bed to sleep in overnight, this is it. Dated but kept in great condition. Cheapest cleanest hotel around.

It is a older motel with some rooms remodeled. Great to put your head down for the night. We only stayed 1 night, on arrival got changed and went out, came back to sleep and leave first thing in the AM. Suited my needs

It looked rough from the outside but my room was spotless and comfortable. Watched the world cup football on the flat-screen TV in air conditioned comfort during a heat wave. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. A solid no frills value spot.

The receptionist, Satin-Marie, and the maintenance man, Erin. were excellent, friendly and there to help with whatever you need. The small heater in the room would not turn on and Erin quickly determined what needed to be done. The motel is old, but clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. A good night. Will stay there again. As for as amenities, I don't want anything but a clean room and comfortable bed, and that is what I got.

It is what it is. An inexpensive nights stay in a tourist area. If you remember that you won't be disappointed in the sloping floor or sink falling off the wall.

Okay people are dramatic. It's not that bad. I booked this place last minute on the 4th of July for $120 after fees. I was reading reviews and you'd think this place would be a blood stained rat infested shole. Nope it was a basic motel with all you need. Yes the rooms are small, yes the shower is small. I'm 6 foot 2 175 pounds and fit just fine in the shower so unless you are a fat slob you will be okay. Cold AC, hotel shower, 200 channels, and an alright CLEAN bed. You people are so dramatic. Thank you Motel Robbins for a last minute gem.

This hotel was NOTHING like the photos. In fact, the room I selected, the staff told me that the room does not even exist. Our room was a step above sleeping outside. Everything was very old. Carpet, bathroom, linens. We were told there are renovated rooms, but none were available. When I showed the staff the photos of what I thought I paid for they said many people had the same issue but the room does not exist. The only things that were excellent were the staff hands down as well as the adjacent Lobster Pound that had outstanding food. It was not cheap, but quite tasty. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone, unless you want basic, like camping. I would recommend the staff and the restaurant next door.

I paid $148.oo on Expedia and when we arrived we were put into the oldest rooms in the original part of the hotel. I am not kidding, this section was one step above sleeping on the streets. This place should be torn down ASAP! Expedia needs to send someone to the hotels they recommend before putting them on their site. There are a few rooms in their main building that they have up graded that are tiny but livable. The old section should be TORN down. We requested a room in their main building and they told us we would have to pay more. EXPEDIA this is a SCAM! please check it out and do the right thing for your customers. I normally do 3 to 4 star hotels and have a reality of what to expect but this is so ridiculous.
