The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a large mix of cereals, oatmeal, granola bars, drinks. Location was convenient and about a 30 minute straight shot to Bar Harbor, closer to many other locations at Acadia National park such as Cadillac Mountain or Jordan Pond. While this hotel needs updates, I was very happy with the value and location and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Older hotel but kept very clean. Room was clean and had basic necessities. Very quiet and restful. Staff was very accommodating. Very good value compared to other hotels in the area. Continental breakfast included cereals, juice, coffee, etc. Would definitely stay here again when next in the area.

This isnt exactly the facilities fault but Expedia needs to include more descriptions than "breakfast included" because while the coffee was amazing, they only had pre-packaged cereals and granola bars. I could have done that. That was by far the most disappointing. I specifically got this hotel because others in the area didnt include breakfast; I paid more for this motel under the impression I wouldn't have to cover breakfast the next day. Granted, they are dog friendly, so I understand the packaged food, but regardless, we need more than "breakfast included" as a description, please. I'm really disappointed in this app more than the place itself; this isn't the first time this has happened.

Great stay.

Very friendly staff, cute motel, comfortable and spacious room. Right across the street from bird sanctuary and pretty hiking trails. Breakfast was a welcome treat.

I usually stay at a Fairfield Inn or other Marriott property where the rooms are cleaner, newer and more modern. This motel was about $100 per night more expensive and did not have much of a breakfast. I would not stay here again

Good hotel and friendly staff. Motel room had an old feeling due to old carpets and furniture but I noticed pleasant renovations on other rooms. Some folks hanging around the property that seem to reside here permanently. But overall they did not bother us and were friendly.
