I was charged a $50.00 "facility's" fee and I'm curious as to want facilities they mean. There are no TV's, no in room fridge, no ice ( there was a ice machine that uses a big water bottle placed in the top, which was empty), a small common fridge in the lobby and very limited internet. I stayed 4 days and only saw someone cleaning a room and he was able to get me ice, a trash bag and gave me the code for the guest closet that has linens and things in it. How you are supposed to get stuff out when you don't have the code, I don't know. The last day as I was leaving there was a staff person in the lobby who was very nice. The place itself was lovely, comfortable, well decorated, had comfortable beds and was a nice distance from anything else making it nice and private. I arrived late and it was concerning that the front door is not locked and there is no staff to monitor who comes in and out. The woman on the last day did tell me that it was recently bought by new owners and that they plan to update things like the Tv's in rooms and better internet.I would stay there again if they fixed these things as I was trying to work from there and had to go elsewhere to get online. Again, lovely place but needs some staff, and updates.

Clean, quiet, private cabin with water view. I liked the ease of check-in (we were assigned a code to enter the cabin). We received assorted texts for special hikes, scenic locations and restaurants nearby which we found helpful. The only suggestion is to put a dresser and luggage rack (we had to put our bags / suitcases on the floor). Could also use more hooks. Overall, a wonderful stay. Thank you!

We were looking for places around Bar Harbor to stay, and this did not disappoint. It’s an hour away, but honestly, we liked it better than being in the town. The space was much higher quality than even the pictures show. Very clean, quaint, with great amenities and a view you can’t beat. Plus the owners send texts with recommendations and have an amazing guest book. We had everything we needed and more.

Great views from the Main Office deck! We enjoyed our coffee on the deck while looking out at the ocean and beautiful fall trees! Great place to stay, would stay again if I am in the area.

This inn was SO BEAUTIFUL!!! The common area is so incredibly cozy, the rooms were so cute and homey, and the views were unbelievable. We stayed only 2 days but i want to come back for a whole week.

Quaint cabin that served our needs very well. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets while overlooking the bay and the use of the deck chairs in the morning while sipping coffee. Would have been nice to have a few more k-cups for the first morning, but cleaning staff did get us more for the rest of our stay. Our only complaint is that the access road into the property is badly in need of being graded or have the potholes filled, other than that, we enjoyed the area and the cabin very much!

Amazing setting with a great view of the ocean. Cabin was in excellent condition, very clean with a great wood cabin vibe. The whole process of checking in was seamless. The staff stayed in communication and all we needed was the code for the door. Very comfortable bed, and a heater was provided which worked great. Would definitely stay here again.
