This place has very friendly service. Good activities. Snacks at night and great breakfast. The rooms and entire hotel is very clean. No microwave in the room. Pillows were not great. For the price I would expect better pillows. And they have 4 pictures that they use over and over throughout the hotel. I would have liked more variety since the area is so beautiful

This is a great place to stay for Bar Harbor, they are on the route of the island Explorer bus system so you can get a ride to downtown. It was clean, bright, no complaints whatsoever.

The facilities were nice and the bathroom had been updated and was beautiful. But the room itself smelled old and musty, the heater/air conditioner was useless and noisy, no glasses, only paper cups in the room and incredibly noisy. You could hear the people above us all the time. With all the other options in Bar Harbor, I would choose another hotel until they update the bedrooms.

We enjoyed being able to walk from trail at back of property to the carriage road trails in Acadia. Enjoyed having a cup of hot apple cider and a cookie after a day of hiking in Acadia. S’mores and bonfire were nice amenities. Having the island Explorer bus come right to The Acadia for pickup and drop off was a nice benefit as well when we opted not to drive into the park. Parking in the park was definitely an issue in the popular areas. Even though we didn’t attend the bingo and movie nights, we felt those were nice amenities to add value to your stay.

Lovely stay at Acadia Inn - very clean with great staff and amenities. Very good breakfast with changing hot options. S’mores over the fire pit was also great too. About a 20 minute walk into beautiful Bar Harbor but we made use of the free shuttle bus system that operates in the area . Thoroughly recommend

Very excellent staff and the breakfast was fabulous. Our room smelled a little musty or damp is the only minor experience. Very wonderful things like popcorn at movie night, hot apple cider, trail mix station 3 days a week and smores every night. Very clean.
