I stayed for two days and had a wonderful experience. The room was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, and the room service was excellent. The location was very convenient—just a short driving distance from the Acadia National Park Visitor Center and Bar Harbor. I’d definitely love to return!

National park was awesome. Room was older but very clean. Don’t spend a whole lot of time in room when on vacation. Bed was comfortable.

The owner was very friendly and put out coffee and donuts for guests in the morning, which is a nice touch as are the various international flags outside welcoming all travelers. The location was convenient to visiting Bar Harbor and Acadia and the motel is right near the new Gateway visitor center (park & ride) which has a free shuttle to see the local sights, which we used several times to avoid traffic and limited parking near popular areas. We had a great stay.

Very budget friendly motel that is incredibly clean. Owner is very friendly and promptly solved our issue with the tv when we arrived. Decent coffee in the morning. The perfect choice for those spending their time in Acadia outdoors and just needing a comfortable, clean room to sleep and shower. Would stay here again.

We stayed in the cabins and loved the separated bedrooms and living area. The only thing that took a star away was the shower is super tiny. I’m 107 pounds and 5’1”, just context for the size of the shower. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay. There’s also an amazing wolf sanctuary within walking distance which I highly recommend!!

The cabin was tiny with no frills, and very clean/tidy. Just what we needed for our 3-night hiking trip. There were 4 reasonably comfortable armchairs, no sofa or loveseat. One tiny table that we used to eat dinner one night. The bedrooms each had a bed and nightstand with table lamp, and no door, which was not a problem for us. Bathroom was tiny and the showerhead could have been better, but it was spotless. They provided clean towels each day. There was a blow dryer, soap and shampoo, so no need to pack your own. There is a drink machine on premises.

Gorgeous little cottage with fantastic beds and extra fluffy blankets! Close to the road but even the road noise couldn’t keep us from the best night’s sleep we’ve had in a week of travel!

Overall good a little expensive for what you get but the hotel manager was very nice a really helped me identify where to go to see the waves crashing at Acadia which I’m thankful for.

When checking in, the staff member was nice and gave us information about the park. Our room was quite small and basic, and overpriced. In some areas, the grass was long and unkept. The location was a bit far from Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Coffee and tea were available in the small reception area, along with bite-sized cake donuts.

Affordable place to stay while visiting Acadia. We spent very little time in the room-really just a place to sleep. Easy drive back and forth to the park. Good selection ot TV stations for wind down after a busy day. I would stay here again

Great experience, very nice staff and the room was clean, the only downside was the bed being a little on the hard side and the shower would immediately be switched to shower mode once you open the faucet. Otherwise it was good!

The room was clean but its the bear minimum. There was no refrigerator in room when we first arrived. The manager bought one in but it didnt keep our sruff very cold. The shower was very small.
