The apartment is about 42 m², it is located on the 2nd floor with elevator in a maintained, secure, family and sought-after residence.
Balcony of about 6m² facing west with a view of the marina (sun in the morning until early afternoon, sheltered from the wind).
In the immediate vicinity of the central beach which is 100 meters away, the port is 80 meters away, the city center and the shops 150 meters away.
Apartment consisting of one bedroom with queen bed (160x200 cm), a large closet, a clothes rack and mobile air conditioning, view of the hinterland.
A bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer and washing machine.
A separate toilet.
The living room kitchen with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people (140 cm wide), TV (TNT channels), a Bluetooth speaker and storage cupboards.
Books and games available.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, coffee maker (filter), bodum, toaster, kettle, crockery and kitchen utensils for 4 people.
To park, there is a private parking lot in the secure residence.
The residence is fully secured by access code.

We provide a travel cot on request.
We welcome your pets with pleasure (flat rate of 20€ per pet and per stay).
We offer a linen package to arrive light on holiday: we provide bed linen (bed made on arrival), towels (a towel and a bath towel) and a beach towel per person.
The whole is of hotel quality and of the Linvosges brand.
We offer it at 30€ per person per stay.
