Our 100 m² home is very quiet and located in a private, secure residential complex with parking. The living areas offer a direct view of the sea. The house has two floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a bathroom with a toilet. On the lower level, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a second bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, and a third bedroom equipped with a bunk bed and air conditioning. The bedroom windows are fitted with screens. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric oven, a microwave, and an induction cooktop. The kitchen also features a capsule espresso machine, a kettle, and a toaster. The house offers a living and dining area, as well as a mezzanine with a TV lounge (satellite and smart TV) that can be used as a workspace.
