Monte Spa Villas is a private gated complex designed to offer peace, privacy, and security. Access is reserved exclusively for registered guests, and outside visitors are not permitted within the property. Each villa features its own private entrance, dedicated parking space, and exclusive outdoor area. Guests can relax on their private covered terrace with a comfortable seating area and enjoy the landscaped lawn surrounding the villa.

You will also have access to the shared walkways throughout the complex, the outdoor mineral-water swimming pool, and the on-site restaurant, where breakfast and a selection of dishes are available.

Combining the privacy of a standalone villa with the amenities of a boutique resort, Monte Spa Villas offers a relaxing and comfortable stay in every season.

For your convenience, we offer self check-in using a personal access code, which you will receive before your arrival.

When checking out, please notify us of your departure time in advance, as the host will need to be present for the handover of the villa.

In accordance with Bulgarian regulations, all guests must be registered. During your stay, the host will ask to see the identification documents of all guests solely for the purpose of completing the required guest registration.

Pets are currently not permitted at the property.

Monte Spa Villas is designed for relaxation and tranquility and is not suitable for parties or noisy events.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the comfort and privacy of others. Quiet hours are observed:

until 10:00 AM;
from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM;
after 10:00 PM.

Events or gatherings that may create excessive noise are only permitted with prior approval from the host.
