Only 10 minutes from the charming villages of Les Vans and Saint-Paul-le-Jeune, this cottage nestled in the heart of nature invites you to a stay under the sign of calm and serenity.
A cozy nest for 4 people:
The first floor hosts a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and all the utensils you need to prepare and enjoy your meals.
You will also find a bathroom with shower, a cosy living room and a cosy dining area.
Upstairs, a comfortable bedroom with dressing room and a mezzanine converted into a sleeping area with a sofa bed complete this welcoming cocoon.
Your pets are welcome (maximum two and maximum medium size):
Your four-legged friends can accompany you, as long as they respect the premises: they are forbidden access to the beds and sofa – even if their soft eyes sometimes know how to soften!
A private outdoor area to recharge your batteries:
Enjoy an outdoor space just for you, with a shaded courtyard, an outdoor dining area, garden furniture and deckchairs to fully enjoy the sunny days.
Peaceful nights under a starry sky:
Here, silence envelops you and promises a deep sleep. On clear nights, the spectacle of the Milky Way lights up the sky – a guaranteed wonder.
A playground for hikers and gourmets:
Whether you are a fan of walking or cycling, the Ardèche landscapes are waiting for you. And for the pleasures of the palate, the local markets are full of treasures to discover.
Freshness and idleness by the pool:
After a day of exploration, let yourself be tempted by a refreshing swim in the private swimming pool. Treated with salt, it offers fresh water, ideal for relaxing in peace. The swimming pool is reserved for the tenants of the gîte and the inhabitants of the main house, and accessible from 10 am to 6:30 pm. Please respect the calm of the place and do not dive — the perfect place to recharge your batteries gently.
A responsible and respectful stay:
To preserve this little corner of paradise, we invite you to adopt a few simple gestures during your stay: make sure to limit your water and energy consumption, and to keep the place clean and welcoming, just like at home. This cottage is a space for relaxation, but also a place that we want to be sustainable and respected by all. Thank you for your attention and kindness!
Practical information for your stay:
For your comfort, bed sheets are provided at the rate of one set per bed and per stay. A set of bath towels (towel + towel) is also available per person, renewed every week if your stay is prolonged.
We thank you for respecting the premises during your stay: make sure to throw your rubbish in the bins provided for this purpose and to keep the cottage clean throughout your stay.
At the end of your stay, if you wish, a cleaning service can be offered for an amount of €70, to be paid on site. Do not hesitate to ask us for this before or on arrival.
