I have stayed in other hotels in banjarbaru but they were not nearly as nice as the upscale hotels in banjarmasin, until now. Grand maya is on the same level as the best of banjarmasin with a better price point as of now, and although I was unsure about being in the middle of both cities it actually worked out better as i I travel to both.

The room was not as clean as it should be. The breakfast was so so, the coffee machine at breakfast didnt seem to work, which is a big minus. The staff was very nice and always pleasant.
