Staff was great. Our TV was set to a weird setting so no channels came up but the maintenance guy came up and flipped a switch on the side of the TV so that was great. The breakfast food wasn't as fresh as I'd hoped. There were not enough seats for the amount of people there.

The breakfast is just a few items nothing fancy, we found a sock in our bed that wasn’t ours. We had people smoking on the balcony a few rooms over from ours.

The place is run down. The outside carpets are torn trip hazards and just gross. The carpet in my room was sticky to the point that my sock stuck to the floor. The shower barely worked. It was either scalding or cold with little pressure.

Staff was very nice and gave some amazing tips for visiting Acadia. Room was clean and comfy. The hotel across the street was loud but it wasn’t terrible. Breakfast was limited but the waffles were great. Great stay

I don't need fancy. I want clean and quiet and this place checked both boxes. Yes the bathtub need to be addressed but I was only standing in it to shower. I'm already rebooked to stay there again in May 2026.

Convenient/safe parking. Smoking pavilion across the parking lot, but still smelled outside. But better than outside the rooms. We are non-smokers- room had no offensive odors. Toilet tank filled every 10 minutes. Closed the door, and didn't hear it. In-room Microwave in the cabinet, but almost on floor. (Inconvenient and unsafe.) Woman supplying breakfast items was exceptional and accommodating. Assisted with other items too. We would stay again.
