The hotel was clean, safe, and its staff was quite helpful. We were not pleased to be given a room, close to the reception (room # 101) that was quite noisy. For a senior couple with a service dog it was an uncomfortable accommodation. We were told that if we had made our reservation directly through the hotel reservation we would have probably had a better room. The presence of the restaurant “Blue Sky” adjacent to the hotel was a big convenient advantage, especially that its food was really high quality; we were pleasantly surprised. We strongly recommend it with its professional staff and its senior Chef, David.

David was great and picked me up at the airport. I had a delayed and late flight last night. However, I was in room 132 and when I walked in, I did smell possibly a pet odor. I was afraid that when I got up in the morning at 7:00am I would have my eyes all puffy due to allergic reaction to pet dander. I had checked to make sure I did not check a pet friendly room. Thank you!

Very clean facility with lots of amenities for people of all ages. Restaurant within the hotel was an added convenience. They are more than reasonably priced with a variety of options both food and drink. Pool table and live entertainment a plus. Didn't stay long enough to use the pool but it looked clean and was heated. I would 100% recommend to anyone for a stay in the Bangor area and I will definitely be back.

The airport shuttle was great as were the drivers! Our room was comfortable and the only thing we missed was a coffee pot. The only suggestion on service was that the front desk is understaffed. However, the staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating.

Nice rooms, no elevator but that's no biggie. Lobby was spacious and desk clerks were kind. Housekeeping never cleaned our room...had to leave key card on desk day of check out because the only person on duty was out driving the shuttle. Not their fault but management might hire more help?
