Quality Inn Bangor Airport Stay

Staff helpful, room clean and tidy, room climate control good. Room was very quiet. Would recommend anti slip strips or mat for bath tub as it was very slippery. Not a fan of sink located in room itself rather than the bathroom but many places do this now. Need curtains in our room to better close completely for privacy and light intrusion. Not a fan of bar soap for sink but see that many inns/hotels we stay at are also doing this now. Can see that upgrades have been made and ongoing since previous visit a while back. Wi-Fi worked well, did not use upgrade option as it was not needed for our stay (we were not streaming, just checking work email and social media). Our 2 day schedule did not permit breakfast on site so I can't review that but I saw other guests with plates loaded down with various items. Rates are reasonable.

Staff was very nice. Outside was outdated and dirty. Trash in parking lot, just looks old. Looks like that have remodeled the rooms. Carpet on stairs and hallways stained and they never vacuumed the 5 days we were there, stairs had same items that needed cleaned. Looks like we had a dirty blanket but they did change on our request. Breakfast is the same everyday and very basic. Chairs need wipes down in dining area. You get what you pay for, wasn’t awful but definitely not a 5 star.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Our rooms and the halls were not clean. There was left over femanine hygiene products and clumps of hair left in the 2 rooms we stayed in. The pool was dirty and green. Although it was a nonsmoking hotel the halls smelled of tobacco and Marijuana. The continental breakfast had great options and the Mexican restaurant next door was delicious!

Wish got some kind of refund for price i paid

They room was big an newer but tub was slippery when took first shower like not cleaned properly almost feel . Pool was not clean water had hair in it and water felt slimy. House keeping trued to force door open with noth locks on and a dnd both mornings of my stay . And they dont have none pork meat in breakfast buffet . Buffet not so big . Still updating hotel slowly . Need better house keepers for cleaner hotel. Front desk was nice . almost $500 for two nights and it was NOT WORTH IT .

The room was very nice , staff were wonderful, the beds are high you have to boost yourself up. The outside of the building is very dated. I saw broken glass on one of the parking spots and it was Not taken care of. It would be nice if they spruce out the place outside. But I definitely would stay here again
