It’s a great place to stay for an early flight out when you are coming from an island stay where trips off and on are by ferry with limited hours off . You walk right into the airport from the hotel lobby .

I don't live in Bangor and had to puckup someone at the airport late. I reserved a room. It was convenient, clean, comfortable and the restaurant was nice.

We stayed at bangor aviator for four nights and not once did anyone come to our room. We had to take the garbage down the hall to throw away and we took a couple towels from the pool area to shower later. The pool was nice but small, 6 people would be too many in there. The gym was not bad for its size. The breakfast they have there are little add water containers and cheezits that you have to purchase for a dumb amount of money. They staff are rude. I witnessed a customer trying to validate his parking ticket(because it's 18$ a day) and the employee kept asking if he was checking out. I mean he literally asked for validation 3 times that i saw and she totally ignored him. I did see the cleaning crew a couple times. Consisted of one woman that looked like she was on meth. The hallways were always clean, that's what she must have been doing since she never came to our room. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. And i will not recommend the place to anyone. Thank you

I ordered in the lounge quesadillas, and they tasted great there was a men's beard hair on my plate I noticed after I ate my first one, she did take it off, but our check should have been zero for the inconvenience. I won't be staying again as it was a bed without mattress pads and what happened with the food

Think again.

Carpet was so stained and dirty it was very off putting. Items in the breakfast area ran out (cream cheese, sandwiches, ) In retrospect we should have asked for a different room upon seeing the carpet. So gross. The electricity went out along one entire wall and I must say it was fixed rather promptly.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel is. Sometimes airport hotels are worn and really not inviting or clean. Aviator was clean, comfortable, and modern in decor which was appropriated. I would stay here again.

It's the best place to stay for an early flight out of Bangor. It was clean and equipped with everything an average traveler would need. The door to enter the hotel from down on the street is difficult to navigate. Trying to hold the door open while attempting to get your suitcase and other bags inside is very hard to do.
