Think again.

Carpet was so stained and dirty it was very off putting. Items in the breakfast area ran out (cream cheese, sandwiches, ) In retrospect we should have asked for a different room upon seeing the carpet. So gross. The electricity went out along one entire wall and I must say it was fixed rather promptly.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel is. Sometimes airport hotels are worn and really not inviting or clean. Aviator was clean, comfortable, and modern in decor which was appropriated. I would stay here again.

It's the best place to stay for an early flight out of Bangor. It was clean and equipped with everything an average traveler would need. The door to enter the hotel from down on the street is difficult to navigate. Trying to hold the door open while attempting to get your suitcase and other bags inside is very hard to do.

We stayed the day they had an incident at the airport. Needless to stay the hotel filled up with stranded customers and the restaurant and bar filled up. Lelalana was a superstar handling a full house by herself and was so cool and friendly throughout the evening. See you next year!!!!

Convenient, but not a great hotel

You can't beat the convenience to the airport. But it's an older, dingy hotel with paper thin walls. We could easily hear conversations from the room next door. On a positive note - the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was much better than expected.

I wish every airport had a hotel like this one.

Love this hotel! My trip home was made seamless by this hotel for its placement inside the airport, clean up to date facilities and very accomodating staff!. My room was beautiful with a fascinating view of the runways. I had dinner in the restaurant and that was four stars too. My server was shortstaffed, working the entire room AND bar by herself - and maintained positivity and smiles while being under considerable stress. My dinner was also delicious! Excellent stay overall.
