Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The room was massive and very clean however there must be a problem with the draining system. Whenever we have a shower, running the washing machine or having a bath, the waste water will be regurgitating out of the drain on the floor that will flood the toilet floor and the dirty water will be regurgitating from the second bath tub. This had happened every day for the four days that we were there. We had reported it to the housekeeping team, but nothing seems to be done about it.
