It is easy to get to and close to Suvarnabuhm, with a nice selection of street food available close by, the hotel is in 3 parts, a front block, a walkway lined with cute little cabin style rooms, and a rear block. The room was a reasonable size and good value. Unfortunately it was not possible to get the advertised WiFi in that part of the hotel. The shower was good when it worked, but only possible to use when other guests weren’t using theirs. There was no’ please make my room’ sign and it wasn’t explained to us that you have to go to the front desk and ask if you want it cleaned/ new towels. Other than on the front desk of the front block, The staff did not speak either English or Thai, so it wasn’t possible to ask for what you want. Although there were both on site, There was no restaurant or coffee shop available, but I’m not sure whether that was because it was new year, or they are permanently closed. There isn’t much else nearby, but lotus, 3 sevens and numerous street food options within a few minutes walk.

Staff were polite and friendly. Some of the power points not working, one powerpoint blew out my hearing aid when I put it on charge. I had the correct powerpoint adaptors. The room was clean and quiet being off the main street. Taxi on arrival dropped off was at the main Resort entry. However unaware one must walk to the main street to pick up an ordered taxi, so missed my taxi order because I waited out the front of the Resort. The Thong Ta Resort is not too far from the airport.

Pros - close to the airport and very cute ornaments around the hotel. Cons - we booked a room for 4 but settled for 3 on the main floor as there’s no lift and we only used the room to shower before our night flight. There were only 3 towels in the room but the receptionist refused to give us 4.

Worst experience

Room was tidy & clean but be aware of mosquitoes and flies. Also, not all the mentioned amenities were provided, we had to request whatever we should have already in room available for use. When I ask them tooth brush and tooth paste he said you need to buy but what it was mentioned in the available amenities ? No hair dryer No toilet roll 1.5/5

OK for the Price

Had to change rooms because of smell in first room. Blinds very old and falling apart did not cover full window lettng in light from the street. Staff were very helpful. Comfortable clean beds No elevators.

The hotel with bugs reminded me hotels of Paris

It was the worst hotel I have seen, Many bugs in the bed, and small spiders in the air, in addition to mosquitos, it was not possible to open the door of the toilet after being closed from inside until a maintenance staff came to break the door lock late at night.
