We stayed at The Sukosol Hotel Bangkok around Christmas 2025 and it was genuinely incredible — one of those hotels that feels special the moment you walk in. A huge shout-out to TUN from the team: warm, professional, and consistently going the extra mile. That kind of service is what turns a great hotel into a memorable one. We only used the breakfast once, but wow — it was outstanding: fresh pastries, great variety, and those “made-to-order” style stations that make it feel like a real treat rather than a standard buffet. Christmas Eve at their on-site Chinese restaurant (Lin-Fa) was an absolute blast — fantastic atmosphere and a perfect festive evening without having to leave the hotel. Only small downside: the pool was a bit too cold for us — but honestly, everything else was so strong that it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We’d go back in a heartbeat — and if you’re staying here, I hope you get looked after by TUN too.

Booked "Deluxe" room. You either get no view or no soundproofing as it's facing a highway. Most of the windows have only single glazing, so impossible to sleep. Bathroom are very small and lobby of annex building of "deluxe" category smelled like sewer. Felt worse than 3 star hotel.

Overall, I had a good stay and there were several things I really liked. The breakfast was very good, the room was spacious, and the air conditioning was quiet, which made the room comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shower was excellent with good water pressure. On the downside, the noise isolation was poor. I could clearly hear people in the hallway and cars from the road outside. The window shades were also disappointing, letting in too much light early in the morning, which made sleeping difficult. Additionally, the fridge in the room was very noisy and could be distracting at night. With better soundproofing and improved shades, this hotel would be much more enjoyable.

Most disappointing stay of my trip. We booked the "Deluxe" room category and I really regretted it: You need get out into the annex building where you either get a room with no view facing a glass building or face a highway with virtually no soundproofing. The windows are mostly single glazed and even if you wear earplugs you will feel the vibrations. It didn't feel like a 5 Star hotel at all. Some of my 2 star hotels had better soundproofing. I slept so badly that I had to upgrade and move to the main building. The "deluxe" rooms also have no blackout curtains, small bathrooms and the lobby stinks like sewer. Staff doesn't seem well trained as I needed to argue with them about the room change. The hotel itself however is beautifully decorated and they had panio every evening.

I always stay at the Sukosol whenever I visit Bangkok. In this recent visit, the front desk staff Jayda stood out and was very helpful and professional in helping with our check-in. As always, the hotel is unique in its location in its closeness to the airport link and BTS station. The room is excellent in its amenity and cleanliness. The hotel staff are helpful, trustworthy and friendly.

The hotel is very close to BTS station and the airport- link (within walking distance). The room is clean, well-tended, equipped with great amenities. The hotel has a very nice garden where one can sit and read books at leisure. The breakfast is of excellent taste and quality.

Great hotel & perfect location for the airport and downtown Bangkok. Just if booked through Expedia, you tedn to be given a smaller room far from the lift, and have to ask for a proper sized room. Wish they could remember their regular customers.

Stayed several occasions at The Sukosol Hotel. As always, staff are friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and adequate. However, on a couple occasions we experienced levels of noise interruptions from water pipes. (I guess this is structural, and out of the scope of staffs control). Otherwise, a great hotel.
