I gave 5 stars because of the price. It’s got a great rooftop pool. Great lounge areas. Very clean gym on the top floor also. Not a legit full service gym. But very clean and nice. The breakfast was very good. The price was amazing to me for under forty usd a night. Very comfy bed. 2 negatives. No control of room temperature. Quite cold. The area is a bit far away from the best areas. Good deal

I loved the location,and the staff is impeccable. Palmy and her crew are so pleasant. The hotel has small signs of wear and tear but no dealbreakers. The shower had a minor issue with temperature control and the door was a bit uneven and loose. Again, I would stay here all over again. I loved it.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was perfect, close to many attractions and easy to get around. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a good variety. I had a very good stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and even arranged and paid for a taxi to the train station for me after I missed the shuttle bus, which had departed just five minutes earlier. The only drawback is the location. The surrounding area lacks restaurants and convenient transportation, and it’s a bit far from central Bangkok. Overall, though, it was a very good experience and I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and exceptional service.
