The air broke on the second day but they had 2 a/c techs there within hours to fix it, if it couldn’t be fixed they were going to move us to another room, location excellent, close to shops restaurants skytrain bars ect ( main reason we choose to stay there)

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room and hotel. Good location Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Downside was the small roof top pool. Only two sun loungers - with no parasols. Impossible to go swimming in 40 degree heat with no protection from the sun

First the good: Really nice location Clean Super friendly staff Not so good: Construction site outside No isolation between room and hallway and the staff, not the guests make soooooo much noice in the hallways No laundry service, not even a clothing iron in the whole hotel. Laundry services on the street, so that is good, but the first hotel I have stayed at that doesnt have a clothing iron Really small pool and tired pool area (clean!) Old and tired hotel in general Would I stay again, sadly no. Disaster, defineatly not!!

Convenient hotel close to everything ie. Terminal 21, night market, Nana Plaza, 7/11. Etc. Staff was very nice and was helpful with cleaning my room, providing water everyday, lending umbrella when it was raining. Would definitely recommend staying here if youre in Bangkok.
