Everything at this hotel was perfect. Staff was very friendly, efficient, made us feel welcome and at home. They had world cup TV set up in the lounge to watch, the pool was quiet and serene and a beautiful spot to relax mid afternoon. Great location by Central embassy Mall - the breakfast was plentiful and impeccable. One of our new favorite hotels.

I had another wonderful stay at The Okura Prestige Bangkok. The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the BTS. The rooms are spacious. The staff are always kind, friendly, and happy to help with anything. Their service is one of the best parts of the hotel.
