HORRIBLE

DO NOT STAY HERE. Reception were really rude on check in and check out. ‘Soundproof rooms + 24H security’ isn’t true. You can hear everything and anyone can walk up to the rooms without a keycard. On the first night, we went to reception at 1:00 am complaining about everything and she couldn’t understand us but did say she will pass to early reception. We slept in late the next day due to the noise but we went straight to reception about leaving. They refused to give us a 3 day refund (only 2 days) even though we explained that we spoke to the night staff… They gave us 15 mins to shower, pack up our suitcases and leave ( constantly kept calling the room). They never even asked us what our issue was nor apologised. I work in hospitality, this was a disgrace.

A lovely hotel with a roof top pool in the middle of Khosan road. Everything was excellent except for the noise from the bar next door. Vety loud music until around 3am. The hotel itself was excellent.

Rooms small but good , paid top price for a top floor room to avoid noise even though it stated sound proof room , but unfortunately was not sound proof even on the 6th floor . Bangkok stay

Good stay in Bangkok for 2 nights. Hotel was clean and in a good location, there was some slight noise at night but this was expected due to the location. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful.

Beware: extremely noisy area. We were at the rear of the hotel and could still hear and FEEL music in the room until the early morning hours. Good place if you are young and partying - not a good place if you are not.
