I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The location is extremely convenient just a short walk to the BTS station and close to Terminal 21, which made shopping and getting around Bangkok very easy. We truly loved the hotel. The bed linens and bath towels are absolutely five-star quality. The pool is beautiful, and the breakfast is delicious. Above all, every member of the hotel staff — from the doormen to the front desk, from the housekeeping team to the restaurant and pool staff — deserves a perfect 10. The hotel is pretty nice and clean and has good rooms plus a nice pool and bar on the 37th floor with more on the floors above. The reason I give 4 stars for staff is because a) my key card somehow got deactivated in the middle of my stay which was a bit inconvenient and b) I asked for a late check out ( 1 hr) but they declined with reasoning that good hotels typically dont give ( that the hotel was fully booked!) Overall, pretty good hotel and location.
