From the moment I entered the property, I experienced absolutely fantastic service from all staff at all times. Property is what you'd expect for a 5 star hotel. Room was spotless, and serviced daily. Breakfast was good, however much of the "western" food options were cold, and the heat lamps weren't used (bacon, eggs). Pool is a great escape from the heat, a quiet relaxing space. Hotel transfer (tuk-tuk) departs hotel on the hour and half hour, and drops you at nearest BTS Skytrain station, which is also surrounded by high-end shopping malls. You can catch it back to hotel if you are waiting a few minutes after it departs the hotel. 7-Eleven is a few doors from hotel, providing almost everything you need from a convenience store. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Room for improvement

Pillows were too hard not flexible. Air con air flow did not reach the side of the bad nearest the aircon vent. Had a massaman curry in the hotel Bistro M restaurant and I asked for spicy, it was the blandest thai curry I have ever had.

All the services were impressive, the facilities were on spot, gym equipment was a bit old and limited, but still really nice. Breakfast changes everyday and had great varieties. Will definitely visit again.
