This hotel needs to be avoided. I have given 1 star on google as well and provided all the reasons. Their staff is idiot, lies and amenities are poor. No one wants to do their job properly except for greeting nicely they dont do anything on time, rude while talking leave going extea miles. Nearby properties like Hyatt, West in and even Landmark is much better.

Very clean and well furnished room with elegant and well functioning bathroom (but a somewhat too hard bed). Well trained and very cool staff. Perfect location close to both Metro and Sky Train which makes it possible to reach all places in Bangkok from the hotel. I have stayed at the hotel three times before, and will continue to return.
